New England Prenatal and Family Education
New England Prenatal and Family Education is the prenatal education offering of Lactation Services, LLC. We are UMass Memorial’s chosen provider of education for expecting women, new moms, their families and support persons. Lactation Services, LLC was founded in 2011 to provide Lactation Professionals to UMASS Memorial Hospitals Inpatient and NICU Moms.

We offer a number of resources for our class participants including access to breast pumps and accessories for new and expectant mothers.
Policies
Class Cancellation Policy
- If you need to change or cancel your class registration, you can do so within 48 hours of registration for no fee.
- Any changes or cancellations made after 48 hours of registration will incur a $10 fee.
- A last-minute change or cancellation, made within one week of the class start date, will incur a $25 fee.
- If you are a no-show to your class and have not given us prior notice, your class is not eligible for refund.
